Transfer files between your phone and computer — no cable, no app
Getting photos off a phone shouldn’t need a cable, a driver or a cloud account. With Transferinho you scan a QR code and send files straight from your phone’s browser to your computer’s — or the other way round.

Works with every phone and computer combination
| From | To | Works? |
|---|---|---|
| iPhone | Windows PC | Yes |
| iPhone | Mac or Linux | Yes |
| Android | Windows PC | Yes |
| Android | Mac or Linux | Yes |
| Computer | iPhone or Android | Yes |
| Phone | Phone (any brand) | Yes |
All you need is a current browser on both devices — Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
Why not use a cable, email or a messaging app?
- Cables need the right connector, often extra software, and permission prompts on the phone.
- Email attachments are usually capped at around 25 MB — a single minute of 4K video is larger.
- Messaging apps often compress photos and videos to save data.
- Cloud drives need an account and upload everything to a server before you can download it again.
Transferinho never compresses or changes your files, and they never leave the two devices.
Sending from your computer to your phone
Transfers work in both directions in the same room. Drop files on the computer and accept them on the phone. Android saves them to the Downloads folder; on iPhone, Safari saves them to the Downloads folder in the Files app.
Tips for a smooth transfer
- Keep the phone’s screen on and the browser in front while files are moving.
- The devices don’t need to share a Wi-Fi network, but when they do, transfers are fastest.
- On iPhone, very large incoming files are held in memory before saving — sending big files from the iPhone is the more reliable direction.
Frequently asked questions
